It has been a few days since I have posted something about my training., but I have been working my tail off. I trained 2x/day on last thursday, friday, saturday, sunday, monday, and finally only trained once yesterday. Phew. I needed the rest yesterday that’s for sure. I am back at it hard today though, going to back squat for a quite a bit of volume.
The numbers from last week and early this week weren’t anything crazy or anything, but, I am inching them back up there after the knee injury.
I am back up to a 192.5kg front squat and also a 220kg back squat (did it for 3 singles). The knee really effected my squatting strength so it is taking some time to get back on the right track. I am also dropping some much needed bodyfat, so I am only weighing about 95kg right now (209lbs).
