I wanted to send a huge “thank you” to the West Sioux school for having me yesterday! Also to Health gym 2000 for the demonstration and conversations afterwards! It was a pretty unique experience and a great group of kids. I hope to post some pictures and videos soon of the seminar/demonstration!
