AM:
Snatch- up to 120kgx6x0, 120, 125x2x0, 125×1, 110 for a few
Clean- up to 150kg for a few singles
BTN Power Jerk- up to 150kgx5
PM:
Snatch- up to 125kg (2 separate waves), drilling technique
Clean- up to 160kg, down to 150kg for a couple singles, again drilling technique
