Well, I kept it a little bit of a secret haha but for the last 6 weeks or so I had hurt my wrist. So, I Wasn’t doing any cleans or snatches really during that time. I Was basically just squatting and doing pulls. So this week was really my first week back to full training at the training center.
It was pretty dang difficult, but, I was happy with the week. I was exhausted every single night and pretty much in bed by like 9 every night. The exciting thing is that I am dropping my bodyweight down and also getting a little bit stronger! Wait, what? Haha so far so good!
One of the main things that has helped me out with this is PLANNING & CONSISTENCY with my diet and supplement regimen. I have a very strict meal plan I Have been following + a very strict supplement plan I Have been following. I don’t want to get into the exact diet plan yet, but, I have added Top Secret Nutrition’s FIsh Oil & CLA, protein, sleep formula, L-Carnitine + Green Coffee Extract, and their Diet Accelerator Pack to my diet this week.
The biggest thing I Have noticed is that my energy regulation is a lot better. I don’t have the big energy fluctuations throughout the day like I used to. I was recovering really well this week which I didn’t expect after being out of “full” training for 6 weeks.
