Snatch Pull + 6s Snatch Negative – up to 120, 125, 130, 135×1
Front Squats – 6×6 @ 125kg
Lunges – 3×12
Back Extension – 3×12
Crossfit workout “Annie” – 50/40/30/20/10 of Double Unders & Situps – 8:52
Stretching
