I am sure most of you have seen it, but, that is one of my weights on the way up to a max for the day. Today is max Clean&Jerks so I hope to have a video to post tonight as well! I will also be doing some Q&A videos for my sponsor HMB as well so look forward to those!
I am headed to Iowa City for the weekend to go be the best man in a wedding. That should be a blast! I am really excited for that, but, I gotta make sure to squeeze in all of my training on friday before I leave haha! Business first, fun later haha 🙂
