Training this week has been a little bit weird for me. Monday wasn’t that great, but on tuesday I had a decent day, power snatching up to 134kg. I also did a bunch of block work for the power snatch, doing 115×5, 120kgx5, 125kgx2x3, and some other singles. Then some power cleans. Yesterday was pretty worthless for me, I back squatted up to 200kg (missed 210), then cleaned up to 160kg.
Today is Power Snatch/Power Clean so I hope to have a lot better session today and get one positive day out of the week. We have been spending a ton of time trying to figure out a place to stay with no luck. Hopefully we can get it figured out soon though.
