Training over the last week has really been focused on back squats.
Wed- 227kgx1 (500lbs)
Thurs- 205kgx5x2 (455lbs)
Fri- 230kgx2x0(507lbs),210kgx3(462lbs)
Sat- 210kgx5x2(462lbs)
This week will also see some maximal back squats, so hopefully I can get that max up there quite a bit higher.
