It definitely looks like I “kicked” the bar out after it hit my hips too much. The bar should be much closer to my body. I was trying to whip my head back too much and then dive underneath it. I needed to pull it straight UP. I’m working on it…It’s a work
This is a pretty ugly split jerk. But, my clean limits my jerk. Meaning that I can jerk what I clean about 95% of the time (unless I Get light headed). So, I always take the jerk for granted. I know I don’t need to split that deep with this light of a weight, so I don’t. I
