Friday- Basically in the morning I Did some power snatches and power cleans. Then, I front squatted up to a solid 190kg, with 2 close misses at 200kg. In the PM I back squatted up to 212kg, then missed 222kg. Then, I hit 190×2, 195x3x2, 200kgx3x2 Saturday- I went up to 200kgx3x5
