Yesterday was the NorCal Open. To say it was a disaster would be an understatement. Snatch- 135x, 135, 140x Clean&Jerk- 165x, 165, 170x I was missing 120 and 130 in the warm ups, as well as 150 and 160. It was just a horrific meet for me. Now I’m back in the gym this morning
Friday AM: Snatch & clean from blocks- up to 120/150 PM: Snatch- to 120kg Cleans- to 150kg Front Squat- to 170kg I compete sunday, so everything today was pretty light
Wed AM: Snatch (off blocks from knee)- up to 135kg (did lots of singles on way up) Cleans (off blocks from knee)- up to 160kg PM: Snatch- up to 140kg, 145x2x0 Clean&Jerk- up to 160kg Back Squats- up to 180kgx3x5
Tuesday: Power Snatch (blocks from mid knee): up to 110kgx3x1, 115kgx2x1, 110kgx3x2, 115kgx2x2 Power Clean (blocks from mid knee): up to 130, 135, 140, 145kgx3x1 Bench Press- up to 335×10, Pullups 2×10, Dips 2×12, Rev Hyper 2×10
AM: Snatch- to 110kgx6x1 Clean- to 150kgx1 PM: Snatch Pulls- to 130kgx3x3, 135kgx2x3 Clean Pulls- to 150kgx3, 160kgx4x3 Front Squat- to 190kg, 200kgx0 RDL- 100kgx3x5, GHR x10
