Well, I have been talking so much about the new gym and training others lately that I haven’t really mentioned my training at all. I am in a really basic strength training phase right now. WEll, I consider it basic. I am not snatching or clean & jerking very often actually.
The new gym is coming along nicely! Only half of what i have in my head, but, it is a great start! I’ve been completely humbled and just excited about the amount of young athletes and adults that have reached out to me for training. It’s off to a great start!!
7am Wake up 8-11:30am – Work at Iowa Lakes 11:30-11:45 – Drive back to Graettinger 11:45-1:00 – Train a couple kids 1:15-2:45 – Train myself 2:45-3:00- drive back to Estherville 3-5:15 – Work at Iowa Lakes 5:30-6:30 train a couple clients 6:30-7:30 train

It’s major season!!!!!!!! Gosh, it was killing me waiting until the Masters. Then, I was dying waiting to watch the US Open. Now, here I am a couple weeks away from the British Open (July 19-22) and then a few weeks after that is the PGA (Aug 9-12). This has to be the best time
