I have trained very hard the last two days (Monday and Tuesday). I still have another session today but am feeling very motivated and ready to go! Tomorrow I am putting on a clinic/demonstration at Athletic Republic in Spirit Lake, Iowa. I am jacked up for that! As Levi Markwardt said
