Invictus Weightlifting Seminar at Crystal Coast CrossFit on Saturday, August 23rd 2025! Seminar will be from 9am-2pm with a short lunch break around 12pm. Cost per athlete is $140 (or $165 with T-Shirt). We will be covering the technique of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk!
