Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit North Cloud in Concordia, KS on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025. Seminar will be from 11am-3:30pm with a short lunch break at 2pm. We will be covering the technique of the Snatch / Clean & Jerk. Cost per athlete is $125, or $150 with a tshirt/tank top.
