Invictus Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit Kailua in Kailua, HI on Saturday, June 14th 2025. The seminar will be from 9am-2pm. We will cover the technique of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. We’ll have a short lunch break at 12pm. Cost per athlete is $150 (Or $175 with a t-shirt/tank top).
