Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit Hellkite in Colorado Springs from 10am-2:30pm on Saturday, January 4th, 2025. We will be covering the technique of the Snatch / Clean & Jerk. We will have a short lunch break at 1pm. Cost is $125 per athlete
