Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit Controlled Chaos in Colorado Springs, CO on Saturday March 1st 2025! The seminar will be entirely focused on the Snatch and will run from 9am-11:30am. Cost per athlete is $75, or, $100 with a T-Shirt or Tank Top.
