Yesterday was the NorCal Open. To say it was a disaster would be an understatement. Snatch- 135x, 135, 140x Clean&Jerk- 165x, 165, 170x I was missing 120 and 130 in the warm ups, as well as 150 and 160. It was just a horrific meet for me. Now I’m back in the gym this morning
