Finally some good news. As of yesterday I have started to be able to do the full lifts again (snatch and clean & jerk). My squats have also increased quite a bit recently which is nice. I guess when you basically only squat for 3 straight weeks it is bound to go up.
Just wanted to update you guys.. Hopefully within 2 weeks I can be hitting 135/165 again :), or 297lbs/363lbs in the snatch & clean and jerk.
