Invictus Weightlifting Seminar at on Saturday, June 28th 2025. The seminar will run from 9am-2pm with a short lunch break at 12pm. We will be covering the technique of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Cost per athlete is $140 (Or $165 with a t-shirt or tank top)
