Snatch from Hip, Knee, Below Knee (1 each = 1 rep): 40,50,60,70,80kgx1
Snatch Pull from Box+ Snatch from box: 40,50,60,70,90×2/2 up to here,100,110,120,130×1/1 up to here,135kgx1 (snatch only)
Snatch Pulls from Below Knee (super slow descent): 90x3x3, 120×3, 130×2,140×2,150×2 Absolutely brutal on the hamstrings
Front Squats- 120kgx2,140kgx2,160×2,180×1

Today went alright.. felt pretty sluggish in the morning session, but the snatch from the blocks felt good. Still haven’t got to max out on any lifts since I have been out here, but it’s still some very hard training.
