Trip to Minnesota

I Went to St. Paul, MN this weekend for my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certification. I passed the test on sunday and got certified.  I was pretty happy with how the certification went and learned a ton that’s for sure.

I was at a crossfit level 1 trainer certification, and literally did like a thousand squats (air squats, front squats, overhead squats), presses (shoulder presses, push press, push jerk), and deadlifts, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball cleans.

In addition to that on sat we did FRAN (21-15-9) of thrusters and pullups, in which I broke the 3:00 barrier (2;53) to be exact.

Sunday was more pvc stick reps with the snatch (all variations), and also a ton of muscle up/kipping pullups/med ball cleans, push jerks, etc etc…

We also did a team workout (as many rounds as possible in 10:00), of 500m row, dead stop pushups, and KB swings. This was actually really really exhausting.
