Oh, I forgot to mention I played about an hour of football with the high school kids and was dying haha! It has been a while since I have ran that much. Wow. Those young guns can run!

I just needed a new chapter in my life, and I am excited to be back in the wrestling arena. Thanks for following and for commenting. I have had a great couple weeks with my family and friends. We'll see, I hope to start training super hard again here in the next few weeks.
