Well, it is always great in theory to write a daily update of my training, but, that never happens. So, I figured I will just post weekly outlines and post my biggest lifts from each day at the end of the week:
Mon AM: 185fs, CJ’s up to 150kg
Mon PM: PS 120, PC 160, BS 220, Ghr, Abs
Tues: SN 140, CL 170, lots of singles at 150-160 catching bounce
Wed: BS 220, lots of accessories
Thurs AM: Light FS, SN, CJ
Thurs: FS 195, lots of work at 180-190 catching bounce, abs, stretching
Fri: SN 140×10 singles
Sat: Powerlifting Meet – 215, 225x, 225kg Squat, 165, 175, 180kgx Bench, 210, 230, 250 Deadlift…So went 7/9 with a 650 total in the 220 wt class (weighed in at 215lbs)., SQUAT 225kg (496lbs), BENCH 175 (385), DEADLIFT 250 (550).
I wanted to post the whole week so people saw why I didnt squat, bench, and deadlift a bunch more haha…I used it purely as a training day, and did not rest whatsoever for it as you can see. I used it exactly like I wanted to – as a good strength training day!
