The last few days of squatting has been pretty intense. I really can’t even remember what I all did for sets/reps. Yesterday I know I Did 190, 200, 210, and 215kg all for 2 singles.
I am starting to feel a lot stronger just after 2 days of doing only squats. I know it’s probably 90% in my head, but, oh well. I am going to start posting some quote each day as well and a little breakdown of why it’s important to me.
