I just started to do the full snatch and cleans today, and they felt relatively good. I was a little out of practice and groove, but, still grinded some lifts out.
My goals next week are:
200kg Front Squat
230kg Back Squat
I know it isn’t anything compared to what I Have done, but my knee really set me back. I am trying to get back into shape and hammered it really hard this week. Time to get some rest this weekend and get after it next week
