Invictus Weightlifting Seminar at Tarheel CrossFit in Spring Lake, NC on Saturday, October 19th, 2024. The seminar will be from 9am-2pm with a short lunch break at 12pm. Cost per person is $140. We will be covering the technique of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk!
