Invictus Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit Complete in Midwest, Oklahoma on Saturday, November 2nd from 9am-2pm. We will be covering the technique of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We’ll have a short lunch break around 12pm. Cost is $140 per person
