Enderton Strength Weightlifting Seminar at CrossFit 816 in Pleasant Valley, MO! We will be covering both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk for this Seminar. 10:30am-5pm. Cost is $150 per person. We will have a lunch break at 2:30pm.
